# Abstract

In response to the growing demand for affordable student housing and to combat rental speculation, EDIL GROUP ITALIA SRLS introduces the EGI Token. This token aims to revolutionize the student housing market by financing the construction and renovation of high-quality, affordable accommodations for university students.
